Join the Chicago Quilombo team to learn more about our vision for South Shore and how your ideas can come to life within the Quilombo Community Center. This will be a series of four meetings where we introduce the idea of the Quilombo to South Shore residents and hear reactions and learn about the needs and desires young adults in particular have for the community.

Chicago Quilombo is a Black young adult-led organization that is building third spaces and housing opportunities to South Shore. Please join us for our new Summer Series of our Listening Sessions, where we cultivate what the Quilombo Community Center will look like and feel like with South Shore residents! 

All sessions will be held at different South Shore small businesses and community-organizations, and will be from 2-4pm. Small bites and refreshments will be served.
